Welcome to Temptd Salon. By booking an appointment or receiving services from us, you agree to the terms below. These policies ensure a smooth, professional, and safe experience for every guest.
Appointments & Booking
- Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all color appointments.
- Deposits are applied to the service total on the day of the original appointment.
- Please arrive on time to receive your full service.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
- We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the 50% deposit.
- No-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service total and may require full prepayment for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
- Arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service.
- Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may require rescheduling, and the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.
Consultations & Patch Tests
- A patch test may be required at least 48 hours before color, lightening, chemical, or tint services.
- Services may be refused if a patch test is declined.
- Clients must disclose accurate hair history, allergies, sensitivities, and previous treatments.
Pricing & Payment
- All pricing varies based on hair length, texture, thickness, and time required.
- Payment is due immediately after your service.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, major debit/credit cards, and digital payment options.
Satisfaction Policy
- If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours.
- We may offer a complimentary adjustment at our discretion.
- Refunds are not provided for any completed service.
Health & Safety
- Clients must notify their stylist of allergies, scalp issues, medical conditions, or sensitivities.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if it may compromise hair integrity or client safety.
- Children must be supervised at all times while in the salon.
Personal Belongings
Temptd Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Photography & Social Media
- With your consent, before and after photos may be taken for promotional use.
- No images are used without verbal or written permission.
Gift Cards
They are non-refundable and must be presented at checkout.
Illness Policy
- If you are ill or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule.
- We may reschedule clients who appear visibly unwell for the safety of guests and staff.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or guests will not be tolerated. Service may be refused or discontinued at any time.
Updates to Terms
Temptd Salon may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued booking or receiving services indicates acceptance of updated policies.
Policies
Service Redo Policy:
Temptd Salon & Spa is committed to complete guest satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 3 days of your original appointment. A complimentary redo service will be offered. We do not offer cash refunds on services.
Retail Product Returns:
Products may only be returned for credit towards another product of equal or lesser value. We do not offer cash refunds on retail products.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
We value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all our salon guests, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- A credit card is required when scheduling any color service.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
- No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows will require a prepayment to book future appointments.
We understand that emergencies happen and will handle such situations with care and consideration.

Exceptional Circumstances:
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an unavailable service provider or unexpected business closure, you will receive a complimentary customized hair treatment at your next visit. We truly appreciate your continued support as we make these updates.
