Service Redo Policy:
Temptd Salon & Spa is committed to complete guest satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 3 days of your original appointment. A complimentary redo service will be offered. We do not offer cash refunds on services.
Retail Product Returns:
Products may only be returned for credit towards another product of equal or lesser value. We do not offer cash refunds on retail products.

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality of care and ensuring that your salon experience with us is always exceptional.
As part of our commitment, we’ve our Late Cancel and
No Show policies effective February 1, 2025.
Key Policy Updates:
- Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to book an
appointment. This is standard industry practice, and there are no exceptions. - Cancellation Policy: To avoid a late cancellation fee, salon guests must cancel
at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a 50% fee equal
to the cost of the service booked. - No-Show Policy: Salon guests who miss an appointment without notifying us
will incur a 50% fee equal to the cost of the service booked. - Gift Card Policy: For sales guests using gift cards, both the gift card number and credit card number are required to hold the appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours or missing the appointment will result in forfeiting the gift card, or the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an unavailable service provider or unexpected business closure, you will receive a complimentary customized hair treatment at your next visit. We truly appreciate your continued support as we make these updates. We will be sending automated appointment reminders and using other communication tools to minimize any inconvenience and help prevent cancellations. Thank you again for choosing Temptd Salons!
